20210901 Daily Open (The U Tree)

MESSAGE FROM WOLF:

The main site came under attack shortly after midnight, September 1, Beijing time. Clearly the MONTHLY MONEY started flowing to somebody to degrade our site.

We will move here and force Beijing to either attack “Woke Tech” or hold their fire. Meanwhile, the main site will be either FIXED or MOVED.

More information later.

Until things are fixed on The Q Tree Dot Com, THIS will be our new home. Because it’s WAR and we go where we need to go.

I will be closing off comments over there, and putting up a “GO TO” sign. Please welcome people as they arrive here.

ADDITIONAL NOTE FROM DePat:

Some regular commenters are posting here who have not before, and their posts are in moderation. I see them, but for now, Wolf will be doing the approving. So, Gail, GC and whoever else is in moderation, your comments will be approved in time. Hang in there.

This hopefully is a copy of TQT daily for today,

Can you believe it’s September already? Where the heck did August go?

Today, the daily is going to be a little different. This popped into my feed to day and given that the fight we are in is very much spiritual in nature just as much as it is of the earthly realm, this is appropos.

And then there was this.

The contrary of magnanimity is pusillanimity, or faintheartedness, a defect which prevents souls from accomplishing great things through excessive fear of failure. Certainly, of our own volition, we should not rashly attempt to do what is beyond our strength. This too, is a defect, evincing imprudence and presumption which displease God. But when, in particular circumstances, and after sufficient examination, we see clearly that Our Lord wishes of us certain acts of virtue or some special work, we should not refuse however difficult if may seem to be. Can God not give us the strength to do what He asks? Why do we doubt Him? A pusillanimous person who withdraws on such occasions, under the pretext that he does not feel capable of doing so much, may believe that he is humble; but in reality he is a coward, proud, and lacking trust in God. He is a coward because, overly preoccupied with himself, he fears failure, he is afraid to expose himself to the criticism of others, he dreads fatigue and sacrifice. He is proud because he relied more on his own erroneous judgement than on God and His grace. The humble soul, on the contrary, although conscious of his nothingness, trusts in God; convinced of his weakness, he is still more convinced that God can make use of him to accomplish great things. The truly humble person is never pusillanimous, but always magnanimous: he is not afraid to encourage himself to attempt great things for God, and this very attitude helps him greatly to make progress. “The soul may not have the strength to achieve these things at once,” says St. Teresa of Jesus, “but if it takes its flight it can make good progress, though like a little unfledged bird, it is apt to grow tired and stop.” It is natural to our weakness to stop, but if we have great confidence and great love, we shall soon know well how to spread our wings. The more confidence we have in God, the stronger we shall become with His divine strength. The more intense our love, the greater will become our capability of doing arduous things for God. “Perfect love,” says St. Thomas, “undertakes even the most difficult things.”

From Father Gabriel of St. Mary Magdalen, O.C.D.

Fear is imprisoning. It is paralyzing. It blocks critical thinking without training in the situation. But we need not fear.

ISAIAH 43: 1b-5

Fear not, for I have redeemed thee, and called thee by thy name: thou art mine. [2] When thou shalt pass through the waters, I will be with thee, and the rivers shall not cover thee: when thou shalt walk in the fire, thou shalt not be burnt, and the flames shall not burn in thee: [3] For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I have given Egypt for thy atonement, Ethiopia and Saba for thee. [4] Since thou becamest honourable in my eyes, thou art glorious: I have loved thee, and I will give men for thee, and people for thy life. [5] Fear not, for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west.

Our part in this fight is not always hand to hand combat. It is not always bringing information forward for others to learn. Sometimes it is supporting the others to get past fear. Fear of a virus that is promoted by a 24/7 public relations plan; fear of losing friends for not going along with what they think is the right thing; fear of losing a job which in the United States means fear of losing oneself (more on this tomorrow): we are here to fight that fear.

And, as Father Edward Meeks says in that first tweet, the demonic is at work fomenting that fear, fanning its flames and turning normally rational people into confused and neurotic hypochondriacs.

She’s right. We’re living in a gigantic psych ward right now.

Stay strong y’all. When this comes to a crashing end, sanity will be in short supply.

(I don’t remember who brought this to a daily in the comments, but thanks.)

And, of course, the obligatory George Carlin:

Per the Boss:

Are we at the precipice? Are we there? Are things aligning so that the end is near?

And now for the obligatory message from our sponsors:

Here at the Q tree we believe in the concept of CIVIL open free speech and the discussion that fleshes out ideas. When commenting and participating in the OPEN discussion on this thread all comments MUST NOT CONTAIN personal threats, baiting, name calling, or other anti-social words fomenting hate, violence or destruction. Our host Wolfm00n has strict rules about that.

Fellow tree dweller Wheatie gave us some good reminders on the basics of civility in political discourse:

  1. No food fights.
  2. No running with scissors.
  3. If you bring snacks, bring enough for everyone

Please, stock up on blanks for celebratory gunfire, be ready to swing from the chandeliers…and no messing with the nuclear weapons.

Please remember to remain locked and loaded and ready for trouble should the insurrectionists try to invade your space.

Those who have things to say that do not fit the generally accepted limits of “civil” discussion, Wolf has provided a venue known as the UTree. You’re welcome to visit over there and say hi to anyone hanging out over there. The “Rescue Thread” is also over there. In the event a rendezvous of the tree is needed, please check it out.

Auntie DePat’s requests as we are all, ahem, adults, not uncivilized pygmies:

If you see something has not been posted, do us all a favor, and post it. Please, do not complain that it has not been done yet.

The scroll wheel on your mouse can be your friend. As mature adults, please use it here in the same manner you would in avoiding online porn.

Thank you so much for any and all attention to such details. It is GREATLY appreciated by more than one party here.

One other vital note:

Please, review these rules that our host Wolfm00n outlined toward the beginning of the growth of the tree itself. it won’t take long.

Short answer: yes.

COLOSSIANS 1:1-8

1Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, 2To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ at Colos’sae: Grace to you and peace from God our Father. 3We always thank God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, when we pray for you, 4because we have heard of your faith in Christ Jesus and of the love which you have for all the saints, 5because of the hope laid up for you in heaven. Of this you have heard before in the word of the truth, the gospel 6which has come to you, as indeed in the whole world it is bearing fruit and growing — so among yourselves, from the day you heard and understood the grace of God in truth, 7as you learned it from Ep’aphras our beloved fellow servant. He is a faithful minister of Christ on our behalf 8and has made known to us your love in the Spirit.

Do not be afraid to take a chance on peace, to teach peace, to live peace. Peace will be the last word of history” – St. Pope John Paul II

As always, prayers for the fight against that which seeks to enslave us are welcome.

Please include: President Donald Trump, the Q team, our soldiers in the field, special forces, tactical units, first responders and those working behind the scenes…and any and all people with family members in the hospital, COVID or not.

Thanking everybody for your patience. Whether happenstance, coincidence, or enemy action, I’m dealing with some technical issues. In addition to those, and the obvious spiritual attacks, I am dealing with the obvious site stuff in what are best maintained as unobvious ways.

I suspect we struck a nerve.

A combined technical / spiritual / strategic response by all of us will prevent this attack from succeeding. Hold the line – bite the bullet – gird the loins – bite the lip – pray for guidance, discernment, and strength – whatever YOU believe keeps the ship aright for the moment. Everything else is lower priority.

In that spirit, the Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel from Tuesday’s threads, and the Breastplate of St. Patrick, not to mention the Litany of Humility are favorites recommended by exorcists in spiritual warfare.

And in the spirit of psychological manipulation:

  1. A tiny silver lining to this massive cluster is that with the new stronger terrorist taliban, the taliban’s brotherhood with al queda and Iran entering the picture, China hovering in the background……….soon these feckless media networks will NOT be able to sweep this disaster under the rug.
Emboldened terror groups will not go silently in the night. They have their unholy caliphate to build.

      1. AZ had an audit?

Oh that’s right, they finished it back in May or June, we’re just waiting for the enemy to expend some more ammo.

Should be ready to release in just 4 to 5 more years, when there’s a lull in ammo expenditure.

        Maybe!

Of course, by then, they will have created a lot more ammo, so it could be 5 to 10 years before the audit results are released.

And then there will be the customary legal battles.

And by then ammo will have been replenished again, so 4 to 5 years of waiting again, but we’ll get there!

We may all die of old age first, but they can’t stop us!!! 👍
